Crock Pot Potato Soup
This is a MUST during fall. This easy recipe warms your soul, fills you up and is overall a crowd favorite. It’s such a Sunday soup! Pro tip: it always tastes better the second day.
Add all to crockpot on low for 6-8 hours:
-4 c. red potatoes
-1/2 c. chopped onion
-32 oz. chicken broth
-1 c. water
When finished, add on high for 20-30 minutes:
-3 tbs. flour whisked with 1 c. milk
At the end, stir in 2 c. shredded cheese.
To serve, garnish with all the favorites! Bacon, chopped green onion, cheese, sour cream, etc. This is the best part!
