Sep 9 Practical Fitness Gear

I solemnly swear I will never recommend something that isn’t my absolute fave.

A lot of blogs feel backwards to me - where writers are given products to promote that they haven’t tried yet or haven’t spent their own money on. I am not here to do that, nor do I have any intentions to start doing that. I’m here to share what I already love and adore in my everyday <3

This brings me to Handful Bra. I am really lucky and honored to be a Handful Bra amBADASSador to help this fierce biz run by amazing women spread the word about what they’re making. I exclusively wear their bras when I teach barre3, and I stand by every aspect of their brand. Working from home, I also wear them pretty often when I’m in lounge mode, which is almost every day for me. My favorite style is the Adjustable Bra and I originally bought one because it doubles as a swim top - woo hoo!

Here’s a boat load of more reasons why I stand by them:

-Firstly, they help and their products matter. Handful offers any breast cancer survivor free pad inserts with their bra purchase (as well as a 30% lifetime discount) which can be doubled or tripled as prosthetics for those without reconstruction. A portion of the proceeds from sales of their Battle Cry Pink bra go to the Young Survivor Coalition which is super generous, and very true to their brand mantra of being supportive.
-The bras dry really quickly, so when I’m running errands after class or just lagging in a clothes change, I’m not feeling completely gross.
-The fabric is extremely soft, never chafes - and the original one I bought several years back has never stretched or thinned - and quite frankly still looks new.
-The absolute best part is the removable padding that I’ve slid into plenty of other bras, dresses, tops, etc. You’ll want extras of those!
-Their leggings? The. Best. They never sag, the length is perfect, and they also dry in a flash.
